Ok, so my last post didn't bring forth much evidence other than my own word on the matter.
If you are looking for concrete evidence here you go.
Take the middle section of Black Mirror of of Neon Bible. Let us look at the lyrics:
I know when the time is coming
All the words will lose their meaning
Please show me something that isn’t mine
But mine is the only kind that I relate to
I never guessed how the mirror could ever break you
Black mirror, black mirror, black mirror
Upon first glance you might ask yourself "what does this have to do with bocce?"
The answer is everything.
"I know when the time is coming" is clearly an allusion to the fact that they know I will be trying to get my bocce set back.
"Please show me something that isn't mine" is basically a confession that they have something that isn't theirs. They continue to say that by making it theirs they can get better at bocce.
"I never guessed how the mirror could ever break you" is almost a guilty voice, they didn't realize how devastated I would be after losing my prized bocce set.
Finally, replace the last part where they chant "Black Mirror" with the words "Boc-ce Ball" and it fits perfectly.
If this doesn't convince you of The Arcade Fire's guiltiness I don't know what will.

Win Bulter Stole My Bocce Set
This all happened few years back, but I was too afraid to say anything. With the recent accusations of Chris H. of "Arcade Fire Stole My Basketball" I decided it was time for me to gather up the courage to go public with my story.
It was June of 2004, I was living in the Rochester area at the time and had heard buzz surrounding both The Unicorns and The Arcade Fire, so I decided to go to the show. I had a few hours to kill before the doors to the show opened so I headed over to the local Italian American Rec Center. I pulled out my favorite bocce set and a tall man approached me. He kindly asked if him and his friends could join me in a game of bocce.
How could I refuse? He had asked so nicely, plus there was way more of them than me so if they had really wanted to they could have bullied my bocce set away from me.
The game went quite well, except the guy with the glasses was amazing at bocce. Luckily he was on my team.
I looked at my watch and realized the doors would be opening soon, so I scurried off to the concert hall. In my haste I left my bocce set behind.
Later that night I was shocked to see the same people that were playing bocce with me up on stage. I screamed at the top of my lungs for them to return my bocce set, but it was no good. Everytime I yelled someone either started playing a xylophone or smacking someone else in the head with a drumstick.
I tried to stick around after the show to pick up my bocce set, but it was no good. The band decided to only stick around briefly. I think they knew that I was going to confront them about my bocce set.
